Explanation to the HEAVENT livestream

De livestream en chatbox zijn hierboven te zien. Zet vast uw geluid aan, ook al hoort u nog niets. Begint de video niet vanzelf met afspelen? Ververs dan de pagina.
De livestream zal ongeveer 15 minuten voor aanvang van het evenement alvast online gezet worden.

In het zeldzame geval dat de livestream niet goed werkt kunt u het volgende doen:

  • Gebruik bij voorkeur Google Chrome of Mozilla Firefox als browser (internet Explorer werkt niet).
  • Indien de livestream een zwart scherm geeft, kunt u het beste de pagina verversen.
  • De backup livestream openen op Youtube.
  • Bel onze technische helpdesk, via het nummer: +31 6 14364934. We zitten klaar om je te helpen!

You can watch the livestream and interact with our chatbox at the top of the screen. Turn on your sound, even if you don’t hear anything yet. If the video doesn’t automatically start playing then please refresh the page. The livestream will be online approximately 15 minutes before the event is about to start.

In the rare case the livestream is not working accordingly you can do the following:

  • Please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as browser (Internet Explorer is outdated and will cause viewing problems unfortunately)
  • If the livestream is showing a black screen, the best thing you can do is refresh the page.
  • Open our back-up livestream on Youtube.
