– Make sure you are using a computer / laptop / tablet that has a working microphone and camera.
– Please make sure to use a stable internet connection. 

In the rare case that the livestream is not working you can do the following: 

– If the Zoom meeting does not start right away, the hosts still have to accept you in the meeting. Please give it a couple of minutes.
– If the application does not work, you can join the meeting through your webbrowser via: https://zoom.us/join. Please enter the Meeting ID in the corresponding requested textbox.
